Refund Policy/Special Notes: Due to the unique nature of this event and the
administrative costs involved, a nonrefundable fee of $500 will be charged to every participant who cancels for any reason at any time. Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received by October 15,
2010
will receive a full refund, minus the nonrefundable fee. Cancellations received from October 16,
2010 to December 15, 2010 will be subject to an $800 penalty, plus the nonrefundable fee.
Changes to existing reservations after November 1, 2010 may
also entail additional charges. There will be no refunds after
December 15, 2010. An additional $550 will be charged if a single room is requested. Air credit will be given. All participants must sign a medical waiver and standard release form. Dave Henderson Baseball Adventures
reserves the right to cancel the program if a suitable number of participants fail to enroll. All money will be refunded if for some reason the Fantasy Camp does not take place. It is understood the organizers of the
Athletics Fantasy Camp are authorized to use photographs taken of the participants at Fantasy Camp for promotional and advertising purposes. It is also understood that some former
Athletics who have been advertised as
attending Fantasy Camp may cancel. Participants who must leave Fantasy Camp because of illness or injury will receive credit for use at future Fantasy Camps.
